Attn: The District of Columbia's Office of the Chief Technology Officer ("OCTO") is requesting information in conjunction with DC Government's Ward 5 middle mile fiber project for companies ("Contractor") who could performa an on-personnel services contract. The Ward 5 middle mile fiber project is being constructed using grant funds from the U.S. Treasury's Capital Projects Fund ("CPF").
