The District of Columbia’s State Broadband Office (SBDEO) will utilize funding from The Broadband Equity, Access, and Development (BEAD) program to help close the digital divide within DC through the oversight and implementation of infrastructure and non-infrastructure high-speed internet related investments and activities. SBDEO will provide service for all DC residents with an emphasis on providing internet access to the unserved, underserved, and members of covered population groups, with a goal of facilitating sustainable and meaningful results for DC Residents. Our goal is to bringing high-speed internet access to everyone in the District of Columbia.

Digital Equity Grant

Our goal is to bring digital equity to everyone in the District of Columbia.
